Hikari lionhead food 1 Year, 3 Months ago
i have a tank cycled for Cath its a cold water set up but she would love either pearl scaled or lionhead (personally i go with lion head) in the good days i used hikari for my Ranchu with the best of results but then came the ban which has since been lifted. does any one know where i can purchase this range of products in ireland. they have some thing to tosuite all my needs and i would rather spend at home before going on line to purchase.

Mickey,

I vaguely remember Kilkenny Aquatics used to sell Hikari and I think I have seen it in Aquatic Village or Newlands Cross ( I bought some cat stuff there and yes I have cats and fish :-D )

Hope that helps

A few of the shops sell it now. I believe their stuff was taken off the market for a year or so as it contained an ingredient that was illegal in most of Europe. Probably something like an anti-biotic or anti-parasite that is by vet prescription only. They obvioulsy sorted it out as their stuff has started reappearing over the past few months.
