Hi Martin. I sent some to one of the forum members in Limerick not to long ago. At the moment i cant remember who it was. Hopefully they will come along and offer you some.
If they dont i will send you some.

Yeah they are used as a live food.They are good for picky fish that wont readily take flake food or pellets.They can be cultured in any small enough container , ie an old butter tub . just make sure you tell the missus See here http://aqualandpetsplus.com/Live%20Food,%20Microworms.htm
