Really unusual fish! Dont have green spotted puffers, but my son got two figure eight puffer fish in Wackers Tropical World.
Be careful though, they do have specific requirements, see
http://www.thetropicaltank.co.uk/Fishindx/puf-fig8.htm
Ours are in a Juwel 70 lt community tank that is heavily planted. And although they are mostly passive, they do chase others in the tank. We got white spot straight away and it took a week to get rid of it.
Also had plenty of snails, but they have all been eaten. Puffers dont really eat flake and do need brine shrimp and bloodworm. If your interested I'd happily re-home them.
Damn, anytime I mention my fish here something happens: Just helping my son do a water change and one puffer did exactly that, he puffed up and died
