AFAIK, Nessa is typing and updating the old Federation constitution. I had a quick look at it and it's essentially sound although needs updating to bring it into the 21st century.
It needs to be ratified by all member clubs of the federation before it can be enforced.

the constitution is typed up and we are just waiting for the LFKS to have their general meeting and short out the committee etc and then hopefully we will all be in a position to meet up in March to discuss it. As Ken says it is mostly sound but just needs updating to bring it in line with the world of today.

Reminder:
Please try to attend the next meeting on Wednesday 20th February in the Goblet Pub, Artane, Malahide Road from 8.30pm.
All are welcome even if this will be your first meeting.We are an informal bunch and enjoy a talk about all aspects of fishkeeping.We are also willing to help in any way we can.
As usual we will have some fantastic raffle prizes donated by our generous sponsors.We will also be covering our plan for 2008 and voting in a new committee.
