To day my two new filters arrived for my 11lts tanks so was quite happy.
So got my spare air pump out to use it while they got up to speed before removing the old diy job
I had two one I found forgotten and one I had replaced I for got that these two 802 doubles only had one operational outlet so I decide to exchange diaphragm so I would have two working outlets
Thus out came the tools first I removed both bottoms so I could see in side then I plug each in so I could id which was working properly and marked with tipp-ex (extreme caution should be take we don’t want a shock)
Then I unscrewed diaphragm, arm and chamber
And removed
This I then disasembled
The arm and diaphragm shown here show a lift and right arm (please note use the correct arm for the side it will be used on in the past I used the wrong arm and it lasted no time)

You will note in the center of the diaphragm the screw this will unscrew the diaphragm from the arm
And replaced with my spare then I just re assembled
It is important to note do not over tighten any screws! You do not want to rip diaphragm or crack housing as air will escape
And here it is running the filter
