fish swimming head facing down...

Hi guys,
Just saw my female aphyosemion swimming with her head facing down, clearly struggling !
I checked the water parameters and everything is in check.
Any idea what is going on ?

Hard to tell from the video but its looks as if she's bloated. Maybe lay off the food for a day or so or give her a pea

Maybe a swim bladder issue or an internal bacterial infection.
With "head standing" like this it is quite often a bacterial infection. You can try treat with interpet antiulcer. Also increase the temperature by 3-5c.
Unfortunately with bacterial infections by the time we see them it is often to late.

I feed them flakes, frozen bloodworm and frozen artemia.
Should i set an hospital tank for her ?

I've had issue not bloat just sudden death years ago with a pearl gourami.Was feeding blood worm also.issue I had was feed it with out thawing it out proper just put in the cube had a shower came back he was floating.hospital tank may as well at this point.goodlook

Yes. Sick fish should always be isolated. Keep an eye on the other fish. Look out for hiding or laying on the bottom of the tank.

I will order some meds from sh 2morrow should recieve them on thursday.
I will set up a tank for her 2 morrow, i have a spare filter in another tank than i can use.
I thaw the frozen food before feeding...

Found her dead this morning :(
Should i do a preventive treatment on the other two fish for internal parasite ?
They look very active and healthy at the moment....
